About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team at DIALOG-DESIGN. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our design team to support design development and plan and prepare construction documents.
  • Promote team members to develop in-house expertise and methodologies to advance the group and the efficiency and effectiveness of our architectural team.
  • Build architectural BIM models and coordinate models and drawings with the project team using cloud-based software.
  • Provide technical support to the designer, specifications, and contract administration team as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience as an architectural technologist.
  • Earned a diploma in Architectural Technology or other relevant training.
  • Proficient with Revit and knowledgeable of building codes, building construction systems, engineering systems, building materials, and specifications.
  • Excellent visual/graphic, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration.
