Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that engages our target audience and promotes our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content calendar that showcases our brand's personality and resonates with our target audience.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Engagement and Community Building: Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and schedule content in advance using a content calendar.
  • Brand Voice and Tone: Ensure that all social media content aligns with our brand's voice and tone.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement. Proficient in social media analytics tools and content calendar management.
  • Personal Qualities: Passionate about social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
