Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at Wellness Home Healthcare Services.

Job Summary:

The Family Caregiver will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging clients in activities and conversations.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition, collaborating with healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in caregiving or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
