Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Express Care Valvoline. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our vehicle maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Utilize your technical expertise to identify and diagnose issues with vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient repairs.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Ensure that our service area is clean, organized, and safe for our customers and staff.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, judgement, reliability, and team player
