About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Shivi Foods Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, ensuring all surfaces are free from food residue and bacteria.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring all food and supplies are properly stored and labeled.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, and appliances.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, ensuring all areas are clean and free from dirt and debris.
