Key Responsibilities
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Table Management: Bring clean dishes and flatware to serving areas and set tables for service.
  • Linen Handling: Carry and replace linen as necessary to maintain a tidy dining experience.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen items, including mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Surface Cleaning: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Stock Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars with necessary supplies.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash to ensure a clean workspace.
