Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property and Real Estate Law Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Information Flow: Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain Filing System: Organize and update filing systems to ensure seamless access to important documents.
  • Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement effective office procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business administration).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a paralegal or administrative role.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and one or more additional languages (Spanish and Ukrainian).

Work Environment

This is a full-time on-site position, requiring regular attendance at our office location.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus group insurance benefits.
