- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Front Desk Reception: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
- Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Physical Capabilities: Perform tasks that require sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
