  • Analyze sales data and prepare budget estimates, making informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, using this data to inform future operational decisions
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to train staff on these protocols
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling, with the need to stand for extended periods
  • Physically demanding role requiring stamina and endurance
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
