We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Ganesh Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our motel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure efficient operation of the motel.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the motel's operational needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
