Job Overview


Voyis, a pioneering company in underwater optical sensors, is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support the growth of its high-performance underwater vehicle solutions.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for purchasing system components and consumables for manufacturing, coordinating deliveries with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery deadlines are met.


This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve industry-leading results.

About the Role



  • Purchasing and procurement of system components and consumables for manufacturing
  • Coordinating deliveries with suppliers to ensure timely delivery deadlines are met
  • Responsible for all shipping and receiving activities
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular cycle counts
  • Supporting production team with inventory management, transfers, and adjustments
  • Assisting with cost reconciliation and maintaining process documentation for purchasing, logistics, and inventory management

Requirements and Qualifications



  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management
  • Post-secondary education in purchasing, supply chain, operations, business, or similar field
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement

  • Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin for communication with suppliers
  • ASCM certifications in Procurement or Warehousing
  • Hands-on experience with hardware or electrical assembly
  • Passion for underwater discovery and robotics
