Job Description

The Logistics Operations Transformation Specialist will play a pivotal role in spearheading the transformation of BRP's worldwide PAA distribution centres. Reporting directly to management, this key position is responsible for delivering operational excellence and driving strategic projects that enhance customer service.

This dynamic role demands a results-driven individual who can leverage their expertise in supply chain project management to drive business growth while reducing costs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and prioritize multiple demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of the PAA growth plan.
  • Collaborate with 3PLs and service providers to enhance solution implementation.
  • Manage project budgeting/forecasting processes and implement cost mitigation strategies.
  • Establish a network of external value-added partners to introduce new concepts within the company.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams associated with project realization.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify improvement opportunities, monitor indicators, and implement action plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in supply chain project management in similar industries (automotive, consumer goods, replacement parts, etc.).
  • Proven experience in distribution centre organization projects.
  • Skilled in leading supply chain optimization projects, including implementing associated systems.
  • Adept at applying project management best practices.
  • Good knowledge of the SAP environment.
