About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at VIRK ARORA CATERS LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning clients.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our events team to ensure that all culinary aspects of events are executed flawlessly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
