", "ol": [{"li": "Ensure department members are compliant with the Bylaws and Rules and regulations of the NSHA."}, {"li": "Hold regular department meetings and provide the Zone Medical Executive Director with meeting minutes."}, {"li": "Attend relevant committee meetings as assigned by the Medical Executive Director."}, {"li": "Work with Specialty Site Leads to ensure service continuity is maintained through Department scheduling practices."}, {"li": "Participate in the monitoring of standards, quality, and utilization of resources of the department in the zone."}, {"li": "Provide Performance management for all department members."}, {"li": "Provide complaint and discipline management for department members."}, {"li": "Supports the research agenda within the department."}, {"li": "Participate in any clinical services planning for the Zone/NSHA."}, {"li": "Lead recruitment/retention for the department for the Zone."}, {"li": "Ensure that new hire and onboarding processes are completed with support from the Specialty Site Lead as required."}, {"li": "Participate in Leadership development."}], "h2": "Qualifications
