Job Title: Travel Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Destiny Travel Network. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and travel expertise to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Travel Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and will use this information to provide personalized travel recommendations and bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use industry knowledge and expertise to provide personalized travel recommendations and bookings to clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and to tailor travel solutions to meet their individual requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel services and solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, transportation options, and accommodation types.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computerized reservation and ticketing systems.
