Job Title: Travel Industry Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Travel Industry Professional to join our team at Destiny Travel Network. As a Travel Industry Professional, you will be responsible for managing difficult situations with customers, selling travel products and travel insurance, and providing customers with travel information and other details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage difficult situations with customers
  • Sell travel products and travel insurance
  • Provide customers with travel information and other details
  • Attend to cancellations and schedule changes
  • Develop contact lists
  • Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system
  • Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the travel industry
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
