Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages, including operating the milkshake machine and coffee machine.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Housekeeping: Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, as well as sweep and mop floors.
