About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at GOZEN BISTRO. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are sanitized and stored properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes by hand
  • Replenish condiments and supplies as needed
  • Package take-out food and handle customer transactions
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
