Job Summary

Middelkoop Sheet Metal is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and fit sheet metal parts using power tools or by hand
  • Install sheet metal products in various settings, including installation and construction sites
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Test and adjust control mechanisms and check pipes and piping connections for gas leaks using gas detecting devices
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sheet metal work
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy materials
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Sheet Metal Worker Trade Certification
