Requirements:
  • Relevant sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven leadership ability to attract, develop, and retain great talent.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to drive revenue and profitability while managing expenses.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to effectively work with and leverage technology.
  • A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License upon employment.
