Job Title: Automotive Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set clear vision and goals for the Sales Department, aligning with the FFUN Group's core values
  • Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, support, and guidance to achieve key performance metrics
  • Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives for the sales department
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Help sales associates close deals and ensure units are ready for delivery
Requirements:
  • Relevant sales management experience
  • Enthusiastic and eager to set and achieve growth-oriented targets and goals
  • Proven leadership ability to attract, develop, and retain great talent
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience working with technology
