About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Pacific Link Retail Group Inc. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
