Key Responsibilities
  • Building Systems Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Contractor Management: Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Safety and Security Checks: Conduct regular safety and security checks to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require physical stamina, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
