Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the nursing process to support clients/residents/patients in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of health.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
