Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Intuit QuickBooks Support Specialist to join our team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and providing training and guidance on the use of QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QuickBooks software
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients on the use of QuickBooks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of QuickBooks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its features
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
