We are seeking a highly skilled Intuit QuickBooks Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using Intuit QuickBooks software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers using Intuit QuickBooks software
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer inquiries and issues
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Intuit QuickBooks software and its features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Intuit QuickBooks software updates and releases

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing technical support for Intuit QuickBooks software
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose customer inquiries and issues
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
