- Prepare and Install Finishes: Prepare and install finishes, including trim, molding, and other woodwork, to ensure a high-quality finish on all projects.
- Work with Various Materials: Work with various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and other materials, to complete projects to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members, including carpenters and contractors, to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures, and by reporting any safety concerns to management.
- 3+ Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Finish Carpenter, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on construction projects.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other team members and with clients.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift heavy materials and to work at heights.
