About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team at Kimtech Geomatics. As a key member of our geomatics team, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to establish legal boundaries of properties, preparing data and documents related to these surveys, and supervising other land surveyors and field crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries of properties
  • Prepare data and documents related to surveys
  • Supervise other land surveyors and field crews
  • Analyze and manage data using geographic information systems and computer-aided design and drafting
  • Determine precise locations using electronic distance measuring equipment

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
