Job Summary

West Can Auto Parts Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational activities, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing operational data and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Environment

Language and Work Term
