Daily Operations Management & ReportingWe're looking for someone to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to provide insights and recommendations to increase our efficiency. You'll prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and trends to be used to recognize issues early and identify areas for opportunity.
You'll also support our Customer Service team by troubleshooting customer shipping inquiries.
Inventory and Supply ChainUtilize demand forecasting to support the Operations team in determining inventory needs and ensure timelines are established to avoid potential backlogs. Maintain the Inventory Management System (IMS) using purchase order receiving, inventory transfers, and monthly reconciliations to ensure levels are accurate by location.
Process Building and ImprovementsTrack supplier performance, investigate and address material non-conformances, along with determining next steps and remediation. Support management in enforcing quality control measures with suppliers, tracking and recording completed checks in conjunction with the Quality Manager.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Exceptional time management skills.
