Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Gatineau. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Preparation and Presentation: Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch, and decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, and monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed.
• Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations, and apply attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to achieve high-quality results and meet customer expectations.

• Experience and Skills: Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, with knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations.
• Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, creativity in food presentation, and ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as required.
