Lead a Dynamic Team of Physiotherapists

We are seeking a visionary Clinic Director to spearhead the day-to-day operations of our physiotherapy clinic and play a pivotal role in our strategic growth and expansion initiatives.

About the Role
  • Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care
  • Responsible for clinic financial and clinical performance metrics
  • Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence
  • Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development
  • Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
  • Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff

Qualifications
  • Graduate in physiotherapy from a duly recognized university
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic
  • Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset
