Transform Data into Business Insights

Element Fleet Management is seeking a seasoned Senior Data Architect to drive data-driven decision making across the organization. As a key member of our data architecture team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data platforms to support business growth and innovation.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement data architecture strategies to meet business requirements and drive data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs
  • Lead the development and maintenance of data platforms, including data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes
  • Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all data platforms
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop data solutions that meet their needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in data modeling tools, ETL processes, and data warehousing technologies
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and data quality principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
