Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Advisor to join our team. As an Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term client relationships, providing personalized investment advice, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a client base of high net worth individuals, families, business owners, and foundations
  • Develop and implement customized investment strategies to meet clients' unique needs and goals
  • Foster trusted, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and advice
  • Collaborate with RBC partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and a strong track record of success
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent
  • Self-motivated, integrity-driven, and empathetic individual with a passion for building a successful business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
