About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team at First Choice Haircutters. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and consult with clients to determine their hair needs and preferences.
  • Haircutting and Styling: Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Shampooing and Conditioning: Shampoo and condition clients' hair, using a range of products and techniques.
  • Coloring and Chemical Services: Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair, using a variety of products and techniques.
  • Receptionist Duties: Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones, handling client inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Hairstylist Licence.
Work Environment

As a Hair Stylist at First Choice Haircutters, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of clients. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
