About the Role

This is a supervisory position that requires strong leadership skills, experience in hotel operations, and excellent communication abilities. As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Additionally, you will resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. You will also coordinate, assign, and review work, hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. If you have a passion for hospitality and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
