About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at 8463859 Canada Inc. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our users, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with our development team to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to computer systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and to implement new solutions and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, software applications, and network systems.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users, developers, and other technical staff.
  • Proficiency in a range of technical tools and software, including JavaOS, Security software, Project management software, and Website creation and management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
