  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging customer service
    • Be proactive in the boutique, offering guests personalized recommendations
    • Manage end-to-end customer orders
    • Sell and prepare coffee drinks and beverages according to our recipes
    • Answer customer questions and present our beverage offerings
    • Maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure a clean and organized workspace
    • Keep equipment in good working order, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance
    • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
    • Continuously improve processes and implement changes to enhance quality results
    • Maintain the appearance of the boutique and coffee bar
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
    • Take ownership of your work and explore opportunities to add value to your job

  • Requirements:

    • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
    • French language skills are an asset
    • Professional presentation and strong problem-solving abilities
    • Highly responsible and reliable
    • Retail and food and beverage experience is an asset
    • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Physical Aspects of the Position:

    • Frequent standing and walking throughout your shift
    • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
    • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
