About the Role
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Plant Management Team, you will be responsible for leading maintenance activities and supervising a local team of mechanics, line technicians, and cleaning room operators across three shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the skill level across our maintenance team and enhance our maintenance capabilities to deliver improved equipment reliability and decrease repair and maintenance costs.
- Drive the Canadian Supply Chain strategies and continuous improvement objectives, working closely with the Project Engineer Team and key technical personnel in the development of progressive training and assessment programs.
- Ensure departmental compliance with all requirements put forth by Estee Lauder corporate, governmental agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline;
- Licensed P. Eng accreditation;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant engineering and/or maintenance, with financial budget experience and demonstrated experience with TPM tools and plant reliability initiatives.
What We Offer
The salary range for this position is $89,900 to $134,900, based on the candidate's experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
