Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at LOVELY PAO INC. as a key member of our bakery department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry production, with a focus on preparing high-quality dough and baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to meet our quality standards.
  • Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our presentation standards.
  • Draw up production schedules to optimize our baking process.
  • Ensure that the quality of our products meets established standards.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to meet our sales targets.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check.
