About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Manager to join our Assurance team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality assurance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver assurance services to clients
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow the business and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Firm policies
  • Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • CPA designation required
  • 2-4 years of experience in a management role
  • Fluent bilingual skills in French and English (written and oral)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
