Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
