About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food Service Team Member to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package food items for customers
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Restaurant Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining areas
    • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide excellent service
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree or diploma required
    • Will train on the job
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced restaurant environment
    • Repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
