About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team at FinSANA, reporting directly to the Director of Global Payments. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives that facilitate our overall portfolio of payment solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as Product Owner (PO) for all Card payment related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  2. Design, co-own, and deliver card payment initiatives road map, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  3. Act as a bridge between Business stakeholders, Software development, Financial Operations, and customers, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Key areas of focus for this role include:
  5. **Vision and Product Strategy Alignment**: Ensure card payment technology aligns with business vision and strategy.
  6. **Customer Experience Definition**: Define and deliver customer-centric UX/UI experiences for card payment products.
  7. **Prioritization and Road Map Management**: Prioritize and manage product road map related to Card payments, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
  8. **Ownership of Backlog Items**: Curate and prioritize product backlog based on Business Unit needs and priorities.
  9. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Effectively communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  10. **Quality Assurance**: Stand in as the end user, during Quality Assurance efforts to ensure customer satisfaction for card payment products.
  11. **Reporting**: Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicator reports (daily/weekly) specific to all Card payments products (payments, gift/rewards, and loyalty) across all brands.

Requirements
  1. Good knowledge of third-party payment processor functions and processes.
  2. Comfortable working with ERP- Accounting software, with good knowledge of bank account reconciliation processes.
  3. Some understanding of Loan servicing industry.
  4. Bachelor's degree (Accounting) or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
  5. Min of 5 years experience in the field of Bank and or card processing (gift, loyalty, and rewards, and payments).
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Excellent computer skills.
  8. Attention to detail.
  9. Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  10. Good analytical & accounting abilities.
  11. Knowledge of accounting (industry practices).
  12. Good understanding of Microsoft suite of applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
