About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our customer demand management team at National Bank. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in making strategic decisions and leading organizational transformation based on the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment of product vision with the bank's vision and needs
  • Contribute to the definition of strategic product orientations in collaboration with delivery teams, other Product Owners, and the Lead Product Owner
  • Use your deep business knowledge and solution delivery experience to act as an expert and link with other initiatives, engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Direct decision-making through recommendations, leveraging your extensive experience in customer demand management and influencing the sector
Your Team

You will be part of a large team of approximately 10 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Manager. You will work closely with Product Owners and senior Advisors, as well as multidisciplinary teams, to prioritize and contribute to the delivery of the domain.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's degree or other related diploma in the industry and several years of relevant experience
  • Experience in delivering large-scale projects
  • Experience in business analysis and process review
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of rigour and priority management
  • Leadership influence and excellent team player
