About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals. Key responsibilities include establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorise and organise the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organisation and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organisation, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organisation, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
