Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account market trends and customer demand
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to maintain a skilled and motivated team
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, and storage
- Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, promoting skill development and career advancement
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to foster partnerships and growth
- Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers
We offer a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week and a language of work in English. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
