We are seeking a Paver Operator or Screedman to join our Kelowna Paving team for the 2024 season.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating paving machines, ensuring the quality and smoothness of asphalt surfaces, and working collaboratively with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of paving experience Uphold an unwavering commitment to developing a zero-injury culture Positive attitude and strong work ethic proven ability to work effectively and safely in a team environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project demands. Always work in a safeThis position is based in Kelowna, BC, local candidates are preferred.
Union Wages and Benefits – hourly wage $34-$41/hr
