Client Services Associate

At proSapient, we're committed to helping our clients make informed decisions by connecting them with industry experts. As a Client Services Associate, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and vetting these experts, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality knowledge and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project leads to understand client needs and preferences
- Proactively search for and identify industry experts using our proprietary technologies and platform
- Act as a consultant to determine the type of expert required to fulfill client projects
- Manage multiple client requests and expert connections while maintaining a high level of organization and communication
Requirements:
- Drive, tenacity, and confidence to work in a rapidly growing and unstructured business
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on generating revenue
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Interest in the corporate landscape and a background in research, economics, business, or financial markets
- Ability to establish trust-based relationships with industry leaders
