Job Summary

Elina is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical mobility.
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations. You will be required to travel to different locations, using your own vehicle or public transportation.
